Using the Calendar Board to Schedule an Appointment
Once the Service Order has been created and Saved, you can now schedule an appointment with the customer. In the example below we are using the Calendar Board to do just that.
1. Type Calendar Board in the Search box to find and navigate to the Calendar Board.
2. From the Calendar Board page, look for and find the Service Order you created for the customer.
3. Use the filters under the Dashboard header to narrow down the technicians, then drag and drop the Service Order into the calendar, next to the selected technician at a time and date negotiated with the customer.
4. Click on the numbered header link on the the appointment in the calendar to view the appointment created for the customer:
