I have tried other stuff to get things working properly and I am having no luck.

  • - Turn the ignition off and then on again. 

  • - Reseat or restart the printer. 

  • - Reboot the tablet and log back in. 

  • - Verify that all connections are seated tightly for the Bluetooth adapter and lappad adapter in the cabling, disconnect and reconnect if necessary to ensure a stable connection this can be tested by attempting to print a meter stamp directly from the meter.
